Q: Are you license and insured?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Q: Is the roofing process noisy?
A: Yes, it is a noisy process. There is a lot of hammering and other construction that makes it for a noisy process. If you have pets, we suggest taking them to a day care until process is complete.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Each house is different, a lot goes into play to judge the time it will take to complete, whether the house has bad wood, how steep is the house, how many details for the house such as flashing, valleys, and so on. I would say on the average it takes 1 ½ days.

Q: Do you have a magnetic for the nails?
A: Yes, we use several magnetic to get all excess nails. We have a large magnetic that we use for the grass, and smaller magnetic to use closer to the house.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, we take credit cards, checks, money orders, and cashier checks. Cash is king, but we prefer other types of payment.

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: We carry a no leak 5yr Labor Warranty. This is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty.
